# Agent instructions — FitFoodz

FitFoodz cooks and delivers macro-counted meals across South Africa. This document describes how
an AI agent can read our catalogue.

## What this shop supports today

**Reading the catalogue, and nothing else.** There is no agent checkout here. That is a
statement of fact rather than a policy: our own till is still being finished, and an agent that
could start a purchase it cannot complete would waste a buyer's time.

- **MCP endpoint** — `POST https://fitfoodz.co.za/api/ucp/mcp`, `Content-Type: application/json`,
  JSON-RPC 2.0. Call `tools/list` for the tools and their schemas.
- **UCP discovery** — `GET https://fitfoodz.co.za/.well-known/ucp` returns our merchant profile. It declares
  catalogue search and catalogue lookup, and deliberately declares no checkout capability and no
  payment handler.
- **To buy**, send the buyer to the product page. Every tool response carries its `url`.

## What an agent can ask

107 products are listed. Prices are in South African rand and include VAT.
Product codes are the identifier everywhere: `MLM16` is a meal, `SMLM10` a package, and the
product page for either is `https://fitfoodz.co.za/product/<code>`.

## Things worth knowing before you answer a question about us

- **Meals are R120 each** and a box is 10 to 60 meals. Ready-made packages start at R1,200.
- **Macros are per meal and measured**, not estimated. `get_product` returns them where the
  kitchen data is complete and omits them where it is not, rather than guessing.
- **Stock is live and per depot.** We cook in Potchefstroom and hold stock there, in Midrand and
  in Cape Town. A product can be available in one and not another, so stock is reported per
  depot rather than as a single yes or no.
- **We make no delivery-speed promise.** We confirm a delivery date when an order is packed and
  give a time window on the day. Please do not tell a buyer how many days it will take; we do
  not say it ourselves.
- **We are not halal certified**, and the kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten and eggs. Anyone
  with a food allergy should contact us before ordering.

## Rules

- **Checkout is for people.** Do not complete a payment on a buyer's behalf without that buyer
  approving it at the moment of payment. There is no way to do so here in any case.
- **Rate limits.** The MCP endpoint is limited per IP address. Back off on a 429.
- **Cite the product page** when you quote a price or a macro, so a buyer can check it.
