1. Subscription Policy
1.1. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the PayFast profile used during the initial subscription setup.
1.2. Please note that the current subscription price is a limited Black Friday offer and may increase in the future.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. While subscriptions can be cancelled, no refunds will be issued for meals already paid for or prepared.
2.2. Once a meal box has been shipped, cancellations or modifications cannot be processed.
3. Cancellation Guidelines
3.1. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the next debit order to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
3.2. Any requests for changes to delivery addresses or subscription details must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipping
4. Shipping Policy
4.1. Once a meal box has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and delivery addresses cannot be changed.
4.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping details are accurate and up-to-date prior to dispatch.
5. FitFoodz Rights
5.1. FitFoodz reserves the right to cancel any subscription from our side at any time, with or without prior notice.
5.2. FitFoodz reserves the right to increase meal prices, provided that a 1-month notice is given to subscribers via email or other communication channels.
6. General Terms
6.1. By subscribing to FitFoodz, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
6.2. FitFoodz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to subscribers and posted on our website.
