Meals ship frozen using cold-chain methods so they arrive freezer-ready. On the rare chance we can’t deliver to your address, you’ll receive an immediate refund.

  • Gauteng & Western Cape partners (e.g. Breeze): same-day from morning pickup
  • FitFoodz own refrigerated vehicles: cold-chain delivery with live driver tracking

How meals stay cold in transit

National orders ship in an insulated cooler box with ice packs and a multi-stage cooling setup designed to keep meals cold for up to 48 hours. Local deliveries use refrigerated transport for true cold-chain handling.
