Great food and great service

I have been using these meals as part of a structured eating routine and they have been very reliable. Portion sizes are consistent, the meals taste good without being overly salty, and they are easy to fit into tracked calories and macros. Quality of ingredients feels solid and digestion has been good. Ideal if you want something convenient without resorting to ultra processed takeaway style food. Makes sticking to a routine far easier during busy weeks.

The food is absolutely delicious! I do think that the meals could have more veggies to be more filling but it tastes amazing!
