Our meal packages start from R2,750 for 25 meals (R110 per meal). As a FitFoodz Family member, you unlock free meals that bring your effective cost down to as low as R80 per meal. The more you order, the more you save. Every package includes fully prepped, macro counted meals ready to heat and eat.

The minimum order is 20 meals. This ensures we can maintain our quality standards and keep delivery costs efficient. You can choose from any of our 5 meal plans: Men's Lean Muscle, Men's Weight Loss, Men's Muscle Up, Women's Lean Muscle, or Women's Weight Loss.

There are no subscriptions or contracts. You order when you want, how much you want. Every order earns you FitFoodz Family benefits that grow over time, but there's zero commitment. Order once to try us out, and come back when you're ready.

Start by using our free diet calculator on the website to get your personalised macro targets. Then choose your meal plan, pick your package size, and checkout. Your account is created automatically and you can track your order from there. If you need help, message us on WhatsApp.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, instant EFT, SnapScan, and Ozow. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.

Every meal is weighed and portioned by our kitchen team to match the exact macronutrient targets for your chosen plan. We use professional food scales and standardised recipes to ensure consistency across every single meal. Your protein, carbs, fats, and calories are listed on every meal label.

Yes. You can build your own meal plan and choose exactly which meals go into your order. Pick from our full menu, mix and match proteins, carbs, and vegetables, and create a bundle that suits your taste and goals. You're in full control of what lands in your freezer.

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we cannot guarantee allergen free meals, we clearly label all ingredients on every meal. If you have severe allergies, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering so we can advise you.

No. FitFoodz is not halal certified at this time. We understand this is important to many customers and appreciate you checking before ordering.

Our meals last 2 to 3 days in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer. We recommend keeping what you'll eat in the next few days in the fridge and freezing the rest. Every meal has a best before date printed on the label.

Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes with the film still on the tray. No need to remove the lid or transfer to another dish. From frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge first for best results.

Yes. Our meal containers are BPA free and fully microwave safe. Keep the film on, microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, and you're good to go.

Our meals are macro counted with exact carbohydrate values listed on every label, making it easy to manage blood sugar levels. Many of our diabetic customers use our Weight Loss plans which are lower in carbs. We recommend consulting your doctor or dietitian and sharing our nutritional info with them.

We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our proteins include chicken breast, lean beef, and lean mince. Carb sources include rice, sweet potato, and pasta. We pair these with seasonal vegetables. No preservatives, no artificial flavours. Just real food, properly portioned.

Yes. We deliver nationwide across South Africa with the fastest meal prep delivery in the country. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 business days and every delivery is guaranteed cold on arrival.

Yes. Johannesburg, Pretoria, and the greater Gauteng area are served from our Midrand depot. Most Gauteng orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days. We also cover Sandton, Centurion, Randburg, Roodepoort, Fourways, and all surrounding areas.

Yes. Cape Town and the Western Cape are served from our Cape Town depot. Most orders in the Cape Town metro are delivered within 1 to 2 business days. We cover the Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Atlantic Seaboard, Helderberg, and surrounding areas.

Local delivery near our depots in Gauteng, Cape Town, and Potchefstroom takes 1 to 2 business days. National delivery to the rest of South Africa takes 2 to 5 business days.

Your meals are delivered chilled via cold chain courier in insulated packaging with ice packs. Depending on the delivery distance, some meals may arrive partially frozen which is perfectly normal. Simply store them in your fridge or freezer on arrival.

Standard delivery is R149. Priority delivery with 1 to 2 business day turnaround is R249. Both options are guaranteed cold on arrival.

FitFoodz Family is our loyalty program that rewards you for every order. You start as a Family Member on your first order and move up through 4 tiers: Family Member, Family Plus, Family VIP, and Family Legend. Each tier unlocks more free meals and bigger savings, up to 15 free meals and R1,650+ savings per order.

Free meals are added to your order automatically based on your tier. For example, as a Family Member you order 25 meals and we add 5 free, giving you 30 meals total. At Family VIP and above, you order 40 meals and we add 15 free, giving you 55 meals. You pay for the base meals and the free ones are on us.

Log in to your account at fitfoodz.co.za and visit your FitFoodz Family profile page. You'll see your current tier, your savings, your progress to the next level, and all your unlocked benefits. You can also see your lifetime order stats and update your macro preferences.

Your tier is based on your total lifetime orders, so it only goes up. However, if you go more than 60 days without placing an order, your tier may be adjusted down by one level. Ordering regularly keeps your tier locked in and your savings growing.

Yes. FitFoodz Family members near our Gauteng and Cape Town depots can add Titan and Genologix supplements to their orders at discounted prices. Discounts range from 10% to 30% off depending on your tier. Supplements are only available for local delivery and unlock automatically when you add enough meals to your cart.
