Marketing preferences
You choose what you hear from us, and on which channel. You can change any of this at any time, and none of it affects your orders: we will always send you the messages you need about an order you have actually placed.
The quickest way
Email info@fitfoodz.co.za or WhatsApp 072 522 7099 and tell us what you want to stop. Say "stop everything" and we will take you off all marketing on every channel. We action requests within 30 days and usually the same week.

Your consent is separate on every channel
This matters and it is easy to get wrong, so we will say it plainly: stopping one does not stop the others. If you unsubscribe from email, you will still get WhatsApp. If you reply STOP on WhatsApp, you will still get email.
That is not a trick. South African law treats consent as given per channel, so we are not allowed to take an opt-out on one channel as an opt-out on another. If you want everything to stop, tell us "stop everything" and we will do exactly that.
Order messages are not marketing
We will still send you order confirmations, delivery windows, tracking and anything else you need to receive the food you have paid for. You cannot opt out of those while you have an order with us, and you would not want to.
Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and Google Ads tags, and we share hashed identifiers with those platforms so that our advertising can be measured and matched. What that means in detail is in our Privacy Policy under "Advertising and Marketing".
You can object to this at any time by emailing us, and you can also opt out with the platforms directly:

We never send health or fitness information to any advertising platform.
