What we sell
Chef-prepared, macro-matched frozen meals, meal packages and related supplements, cooked and packed in our own kitchen in Potchefstroom and delivered across South Africa.
Prices shown on our website are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15%. Delivery is charged separately where it applies, and the delivery cost is shown to you before you pay.
Payment
We accept payment by card, instant EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Payflex, through our payment providers. Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page and are never stored on our systems. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first, on the details above. We answer complaints within two business days and we would far rather fix a problem ourselves than have you take it elsewhere.
