Do you deliver to my address?

We Deliver to the whole country, should there be any issue with your delivery we will do a full refund / replacement within 24 hours. That is our promise

Will my food be delivered frozen?

Our meals are packed in a 4 stage cold chain box, that will keep your food at fridge temperature for 48 hours.

Our skin pack technology means that our food can be stored at fridge temprature for 5 days.

We deem the following conditions as a successful delivery.

Frozen, Semi-frozen or cold to the touch.

Is FitFoodz halal certified?

All meat used in the FitFoodz facility is halal certified.

WE AS FITFOODZ DO NOT HAVE A HALAL CERTIFICATION.

Is FitFoodz's packaging microwave safe?

Our PP (Polypropylene) packaging is completely microwave safe.

Our packaging materials are imported from Italy and we have all of the necessary European union compliance certifications for our packaging.

It is truly world class.

How long does delivery take?

We have 2 delivery options available:

Nationwide delivery - 5 Business Days

Priority Delivery - Available between midnight on Fridays and 15:00 on Wednesday

1 - 3 Business Days.
