FitFoodz is built on production and logistics — not vibes. Our purpose-built meal prep facility in Potchefstroom cooks, packs, seals, and dispatches at scale every single day.
Purpose-built meal prep facility
Our commercial kitchen in the North West (Potchefstroom) is designed specifically for meal prep — not catering, not restaurants, not “batch cooking on the side”. From morning until close, we cook roughly 2,500 meals per day, using a production system built to deliver consistency at scale.
High-volume protein production
We cook roughly half a ton of protein per day as part of our daily production flow. This allows us to keep meals consistent, supply stable, and quality controlled.
Cook → pack → seal in one facility
Cooking, portioning, and packing happen in the same facility. Our sealing machines are on-site, so meals are produced and packed under one roof — reducing handling risk and improving quality control.
Frozen immediately at -20°C
Once meals are produced, they move to our depot and are frozen at -20°C. From there, stock is distributed to our national depots to support fast, reliable delivery.

Designed for consistency
Portion-controlled production means predictable nutrition. Your meals shouldn’t change depending on who’s cooking or what day it is — consistency is the point.
90% solar powered operations
Our facility runs roughly 90% on solar power, reducing grid dependence and keeping operations stable — which matters when you’re running freezers and production daily.
